PURPOSE:To obtain a large effect especially when a delicate gap interval is requested and to make it possible to perform minute adjustment when a rotary body is rotated and refrigerant flows, in a rotary machine, by providing a constitution wherein minute positioning adjustment of a noncontact type displacement gage can be performed from the outside of a casing, a rotation stopping pin is provided, and a sealing structure is provided. CONSTITUTION:A metal holder 2 is fixed to the opposite side of the measuring surface of a noncontact type displacement gage 1. A metal flange 3 is provided so as to enclose the holder 2. A screw hole is provided at the central part of the holder 2. The holder 2 can be moved back and forth by an adjusting screw bolt 4 through the hole of the flange 3. In this case, a rotation stopping pin 5 is provided so that the holder 2 is not rotated. The flange 3 is attached to a boss, which is provided in a casing 10. An O ring 9 for fixed sealing is provided in the flange 3. An O ring 8 for movable sealing is provided in the holder 2. Set screw bolts 6 are provided at two places of the flange 3 so as to prevent the movement of the holder 2. |
