<p>PURPOSE:To make the titled air purifier usable in both of a wall hanging state and an anchored state, to enhance the recirculation efficiency of air in a room and to facilitate the mounting/detaching operation of a filter body, by forming the mounting/detaching opening and exhaust port of the filter body to the same side surface. CONSTITUTION:A filter body 32 consisting of an electrostatic filter 32a and filter cases 32b, 32c holding said filter 32a is mounted to the mounting/detaching port 40 formed by a front body 20 and a back body 23 in a freely dechable manner. Air passes through a communication passage 26 from the suction port 29 of a front cover 28 through the filter body 32 and flows so as to be exhausted from the exhaust port 29 provided to the side surface even with the mounting/detaching port 40 of the filter body 32. By this structure, even if thus constituted purifier is used in both of a wall hanging state bringing the body to a positively erected state and an anchored state making the body inverse, the recirculation of air in a room can be made optimum and the filter body 32 can be easily mounted and detached.</p> |
