PURPOSE:To improve the cooling effect of a motor by forming a hollow part in a motor shaft and passing a heat pipe through the hollow part. CONSTITUTION:When a stator 1 is energized, a motor shaft 10 rotates integral with a rotor 9, and heats are simultaneously generated from the stator 1, thrust bearings 12, 14 and bearings 15, 16. Since the outer periphery of the stator 2 is contacted with outer water and a heat pipe 21 is disposed so that a heat sink part is projected from the load side end of a load side bracket 5 in the shaft 10, the heat generating parts are cooled through a stator frame 2, the heat pipe 21 and the shaft 10 and the like. |
