PURPOSE:To provide the titled chemical exhibiting selective fungicidal activity to drug-resistant fungi at a low concentration by the synergistic effect, and exhibiting excellent fungicidal effect to a wide variety of molds, by using a mixture of a specific compound and a benzimidazole fungicide, etc. as an active component. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains, as active components, (A) one or more N-phenyl thiocarbamate compounds of formula [X and Y are halogen, lower alkenyl, lower cyanoalkenyl, etc.; Z is H, F or OR<7> (R<7> is lower alkenyl, etc.); A is O or S; R<1> is lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkynyl, etc.; R<2> is H, cyano, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, etc.] and (B) one or more benzimidazole fungicide or thiophanate fungicide exhibiting excellent effect to pathogenic fungi parasitic to agricultural and horticultural crop and having drug- resistant fungi, or a cyclic imide fungicide effective especially to gray mold. The mixture is safe to man, animal and fish, and harmless to useful crops. |
