PURPOSE:To cover a range of reduction gear ratio of 2-8 with a small speed- reducing clutch case, by incorporating a planetary gear type speed-reducing gear in a space of a high volumetric weight ratio surrounding an output shaft provided below a clutch. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 16 and the output shaft 19 are supported in parallel with each other at upper and lower parts of the clutch case 10. A large gear 35 supported by the shaft 19 is integrally provided with a cylindrical small- diameter external teeth 37, and a large-diameter internal teeth 38 are fitted to the clutch case 10 on th opening side thereof. An outward flange 40 provided on the shaft 19 between the external teeth 37 and a front end cover 11 is provided with three supporting shafts 41 parallel to the shaft 19, and a planetary gear 42 supported by the shafts 41 is engaged with the external teeth 37 and the internal teeth 38 to form a planetary gear part 36. When the input shaft 16 is rotated, the external teeth 37 is also rotated in the opposite direction together with the large gear 35 through a small gear 26, so that the planetary gear 42 is revolved in the opposite direction while rotating in the fixed internal teeth 38, and through the flange 40, the output shaft 19 is reduced in speed and driven to rotate in the opposite direction. |
