PURPOSE:To perform prevention of disconnection of a wire by providing a cover for preventing the disconnection at the end of a flier. CONSTITUTION:When a winding is formed by a flier 4, a wire 7 is fed while contacting the recess 14 of a roller 8 when no slack is produced at the wire 7. In case that the slack is produced at the starting time or when the wire 7 is disconnected from a former, the wire 7 is defined inside a cover 20, and wound without flying from the roller 8. Since the cover 20 is formed of a material having a thin plate shape and small specific weight, the inertia of the flier 4 does not almost increase. |
