PURPOSE:To prepare liquefied carbonic acid inexpensively and to attempt the control of a total amount of carbon dioxide gas discharged from combustion facilities, by compressing carbon dioxide gas which is separated and collected from a combustion gas of a liquefied natural gas with an absorbent, followed by cooling and condensing it. CONSTITUTION:A combustion gas of a liquefied natural gas is sucked through the channel 3 for treating carbon dioxide gas branched from the flue 1 to the blower 4, cooled to normal temperature by the cooler 5, and sent to the absorbing column 6. It is sprayed with the absorbent 7 such as a carbonate solution, etc. from the top, carbon dioxide is absorbed and sent to the releasing column 9. The separated nitrogen gas, etc. are discharged from the discharge channel 8 through the flue 1 to the stack 2. Carbon dioxide is released from the absorbent 7 by heating the releasing column 9, and the absorbent is recycled through the recycling channel 10 to the absorbing column 6. Carbon dioxide is dehydrated by the dryer 11 packed with a desiccant such as cilica gel, etc., pressurized and compressed to a given pressure by the compressor 12, and cooled and condensed with liquefied natural gas, liquefied carbonic acid, etc. in a low-temperature state by the cooler 13, to give the liquefied carbonic acid 14. |
