摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a material to be rolled having highly accurate quality, by transmitting a sheet thickness deivation detected at a stand to an actual sheet thickness detector while synchronizing said transmission and the transfer of a material to be rolled, and correcting a stand reference sheet thickness basing on the difference between the transmitted deviation and an actual sheet thickness deviation detected by said actual detector. CONSTITUTION:A sheet thickness controlling circuit 1 fetches the detected values So, P from a draft position detector S and a rolling load detector LC to transmit a signal (v) obtained from the deviation between a reference sheet thickness and the fetched value to a motor M, and drives a rolling reduction device. A delay circuit 2 fetches a controlling residual deviation DELTAhG(t) from the circuit 1 to transmit it to a sheet-thickness reference compensating device 3 by a pulse outputted from a pulse generator PG while synchronizing said transmission with the transfer of a material L to be rolled to an actual sheet thickness detecting device X. The device 3 fetches an actual thickness deviation DELTAhx detected by the device X to calculate an integration gain basing on the deviation DELTAhx and a material transferring time from the generator PG, and outputs a correcting value DELTAhM of a stand sheet thickness reference value to the circuit 1. Thus the circuit 1 compensates the sheet thickness reference value.</p>
