The invention relates to a process for producing leakage flux guidance stacks for transformers and inductor coils. In the process, a layer of sheet metal, in particular of grain-oriented magnetic sheet steel, and a layer of a carrier sheet are laid alternately one over the other, the carrier sheet being provided with a thermocurable resin at the B-stage. The stacks thus produced are then pressed perpendicularly to the direction of the layers and then heated to such an extent that the resin of the carrier sheet fully cures. This makes it possible for the first time to produce mechanically stable leakage flux guidance stacks of a wide variety of forms and cross-sections with a high filling factor of magnetically active iron. Furthermore, these stacks according to the invention can also be subsequently machined, for example by drilling, milling and sawing. |
