<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the process of regenerating resin, by performing multiple treatment for regenerating basic anion-exchange resin, etc. by the repetition of at least one countercurrent regenerating using a mineral acid and one regeneration using alkali and an acid. CONSTITUTION:Waste water in exhaust gas desulfurization is subjected to adsorbing treatment using basic anion-exchange resin and/or synthetic adsorbing resin, and said resins are alternately regenerated. Hereon, multiple regenerating treatment is performed by the repetition of at least one countercurrent regeneration with a mineral acid and one regeneration with alkali and an acid. The amount of said mineral acid to be used for the regeneration is pref. 0.5-20g equivalent to 1l of the resin, and the concentration of said mineral acid is pref. 2-15wt%. The pH of waste water to be circulated to a resin column is pref. adjusted to ordinary 1-6, pref. 2-5, by adding sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid or the like to it.</p> |
