PURPOSE:To surely support a pad to a panel unit and prevent thermal deformation, by forming the panel unit into high and low two stages, allowing the foaming pad to bite at a visor formed in a step differenced part and forming a pair of flanges provided with a rib in the terminal end of the panel unit. CONSTITUTION:The panel main unit 21 has continuous faces comprising a higher face 23 and a lower face 24 interposing a step differenced part 26, and a visor 28 is formed in the step differenced part 26. A foaming pad 20 is mounted by allowing it to bite at this visor 28. The end part of the unit 21 forms a pair of flanges consisting of an obverse face 30 and a reverse face 31, and the both faces are connected being spaced by a rib 32. In this way, the pad is surely supported while the step differenced part never apears, and the panel unit can be formed to a never thermally deformed thickness without causing any sink and distortion in the end part. |
