PURPOSE:To improve operativity including confirmation by voicing information on the explanation of the contents of a dial number while the number is displayed on a dial number display device by abbreviated dialing operation. CONSTITUTION:When a ''CALL'' button as a function button 4 is pressed and a desired address number is inputted with dial buttons 2, a mu-CPU1 calls the dial number in an RAM6 to display it on the dial number display device 3, and also calls a voice code stored in an RAM16 through a control line. The called voice code is decoded by a voice signal synthesizing circuit 17 and converted by a D/A converter 18 into an analog signal, which is amplified by a power amplifier 19 to voice information on the explanation of stored said number through a speaker 20. |
