PURPOSE:To permit an object to be correctly mounted to and removed from a base, by providing a positioning clamping mechanism which positions the base, resiliently supported by a spring means, to be fixed. CONSTITUTION:A vibro-isolating base 12 protrudes four arm parts 12b, 12c integrally from a central supporting part 12a. While the base provides a positioning clamping mechanism 16 between the arm part 12b of the vibro- isolating base 12 and a fixed bed 11 while a clamping mechanism 17 between the arm part 12c of the vibro-isolating base 12 and the fixed bed 11. If each stopper adjusting screw 29 of these positioning clamping mechanism 16 and the clamping mechanism 17 is adapted to a stopper 30, the vibro-isolating base 12 is both positioned in its direction Z and clamped to the fixed bed 11. Thereafter, an objective work is mounted to and removed from an equipment by a robot or the like. |
