PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process and to improve accuracy by forming a flexible printed base board into a bobbin and forming previously a conductor circuit serving as a search coil to a voice coil at its upper and lower end parts. CONSTITUTION:Search coils 12 and 13 are provided to the bobbin 11 obtained by forming the flexible printed base board, for example, into a cylindrical form coaxially with the voice coil 1 at the positions near the upper and lower ends of the coil 1. These coils 12 and 13 are consisted of the conductor circuit which are previously formed on the flexible printed base board together to be formed by photoetching a copper foil on the flexible base board. Such a flexible printed base board containing a conductor circuit is formed into a cylindrial form by coating an insulated layer, adhesive varnish, etc. to be used as the bobbin. Thus a vertical connection is excluded between the coils 12 and 13. This eliminates the error of a wiring and a winding direction. |
