发明名称 OPTOMAGNETIC RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an optomagnetic recording medium having high performance, inexpensive and excellent in mass-production, by depositing and filling a magnetic substance in a hole of porous anodic oxidation film formed on the surface of Al (alloy) by electrolyzing in an electrolytic solution dissolving a salt of the magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:The Al or Al alloy surface is polished into surface coarseness about Ra<=0.02mu and cleaned, then a graphite plate is used for the cathode to perform porous anodic oxidation. Then, water rinsing is done, a graphite is used for the counter electrode, a magnetic substance salt such as Ni, Co and Fe is used singly or mixed as the electrolytic solution, an AC constant voltage electrolyte is attained to deposit the magnetic substance in the hole of the A (alloy). The film thickness by the anodic oxidation is denoted to l/D>=20, where l is the depth of a hole and D is the diameter of the hole, the thickness is taken as <=6mu, the magnetic substance in the hole is includes at least one of Fe or Ni, and Fe and Ni are taken by 50wt%. Thus, the optomagnetic recording medium having a large Kerr rotating angle is obtained. The rotating angle is increased further, by processing the substance in a non-oxidation atmosphere such as H2 gas at 200-600 deg.C after the filling of the magnetic substance, and the medium possible for high density recording having excellent S/N is obtained.
