PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which is stable mechanically by placing continuously a means for forming a linear core by extruding a metallic halogenide from a hole, and a means for covering this core with a covering member. CONSTITUTION:A fiber core 12 is extruded from a nozzle hole N by heating a fiber core base material 11 together with a die 13 by a heater 15, and applying suitable pressure P to an extruding rod 14. Subsequently, in a covering process B, a covering base material 16 of thermoplastic resin is heated together with a pot 17 by a heater 18, the covering base material 16 is made to adhere closely to the surface of a fiber core 12 passing through the covering base material 16, a covered fiber 12' is drawn out of a bottom hole H of the pot 17 by a roll 19, and this covered fiber 12' is wound by a roll 20. |
