PURPOSE:To register many types of goods, by combining selectively the modifier name keys and article keys. CONSTITUTION:The control part of an ECR is formed on the basis of a CPU1 and contains an ROM2 which stores a control program for CPU1 and an RAM3 which stores various types of processing data. Then the input information is applied to the CPU1 through a keyboard 4. At the same time, the data on the article names, the amount of goods, etc. are displayed by a display device 5. A printer 6 prints these data on a receipt. The RAM3 contains a register flag FN which is turned on with a register key input, a modifier flag FMD which is turned on with push of a modifier key 4e, a negative amount preset flag FTTL which is turned on with push of a subtotal key 4c, a register W1, an itemizer W2 and a modifier key store area WMD respectively. |
