PURPOSE:To generate accurately a sub-code signal with a simple operation by recording a marking corresponding to a PCM main code recorded on a VTR tape, measurng the time and recording/reproducing it so as to generate the sub- code signal. CONSTITUTION:While listening to a music signal of a reproducing main code from a VTR tape via a PCM processor 111 by a monitor 119, a marking corresponding to a PCM main code is recorded on the VTR tape via a control circuit 114 by operating a key board 115 of a sub-code generator 113. This tape is reproduced, the time between marking is counted by a time measuring circuit section 114c of the circuit 114, the result is recorded and reproduced and the sub- code is formed automatically without listening to the music signal by a time chart forming section 114d. The sub-code signal is generated by a simple operation with such constitution. |
