PURPOSE:To attenuate unnecessary components abruptly when narrow-width pulses are impressed by dividing each element of an antenna into two sections, and connecting a specific impedance circuit to the division position. CONSTITUTION:Sector antenna elements 11 and 12 are arranged symmetrically in such a way that their pivots are put close in the same plane, and the proximity points are connected to feeders 13 and 14. The antenna elements 11 and 12 are divided by cut grooves 15 and 16 into sections 11a and 11b, and 12a and 12b in a lengthwise direction. Then, impedance circuits 17 are connected between adjacent sections respectively. Each impedance circuit 17 has small impedance to a large-amplitude signal, but has large impedance to a small-amplitude signal. |
