发明名称 TRANSMITTING DEVICE OF GASEOUS CARBONIC ACID LASER LIGHT
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent attenuation and fluctuation of gaseous carbonic acid laser light by introducing the aif after passing through adsorbing cylinder, into a duct in a pressurized state. CONSTITUTION:Laser light outputted from a laser oscillator 1 travels straight in the horizontal direction in a duct 2 and hits against a reflector 3. The reflector 3 is provided so as to be inclined by 45 deg. against the horizontal direction, therefore, the laser light is bent at a right angle, hits against a condenser lens 4, and light condensed in said lens is fetched to the outside from the tip of a nozzle 5 and is irradiated to an object to be worked. Dry air containing no gaseous carbonic acid nor water vapor is always led into the duct 2, by which attenuation of laser light and the change in the lapse of time of an optical path are prevented.
