PURPOSE:To reduce a heat loss due to heat conduction and to enable heat accumulation for a long period of time, by taking out a heat source of an air conditioner accumulated in a state of latent heat according to requirement. CONSTITUTION:A brine heat pump 3 is operated in winter, through which heat is snatched from a liquid in a latent heat accumulator 1, that is, water, warm water is heated through a feed pipe of warm water heating piping 7, which is used for heating. The warm water which is at a temperature of 20 deg.C within the feed pipe is heated up to 25 deg.C by the heat pump 3. On the one hand, brine is cooled down to a temperature ranging 0-5 deg.C by an evaporator E, circulated within the latent heat accumulator 1 by a brine pump 5, inner water is cooled and frozen before long. Ice produced in this manner is kept as it is and used as cooling water in summer. Valves V3 and V4 are opened and the brine is circulated in summer, that is. Then, the ice is melted and cold water in the cold warm water accumulator 4 is cooled through a cooling brine pipe 2. |
