PURPOSE:To quantitatively obtain flexible containers without any uneven part with good workability by a method in which bofere spraying polyurethane rubber, a thin sheet as a base material is covered on urethane foam materials serving an inner mold and a filler. CONSTITUTION:A thin film 2 of cloth, rubber or plastic is covered on urethan foam material 1 molded into a container form, serving as an inner mold and a filler. Polyurethane rubber 5 is then sprayed onto the thin sheet 2 to obtain an objective container as a flexible wall. If the sheet 2 previously coated with an adhesive is used, the workability of the molding can be more raised. |
