PURPOSE:To enable roasting and extraction of coffee, by so constituting that an automatic hot water supply machine is provided on a roaster so that the hot water is spouted either into the roaster or out of the roaster by changeover of the hot water supply machine. CONSTITUTION:A steaming dish 22 through which steam is passable is set by keeping a space above a cooking saucer 21 placed on a grille and material to be cooked is placed on the steaming dish 22. Then, a heating pipe 17 is heated by electrifying only the lower part of a roasting heater, through which water filled up within the pipe 17 is boiled and dripped into the cooking saucer 21 as hot water from a hot water spouting out opening 17a by heating pressure. Then, as the saucer is heated by the roasting heater, the hot water is turned into steam by reheating, through which the material to be cooked is heated by the steam. Next to the above, in case of extraction of coffee, as a flow duct of the hot water is shifted to the hot water spouting out opening 17b side by turning metal fittings at angles of 180 deg. and the hot water becomes drippy to the outside of an outer casing, through which the coffee can be made by placing a coffee extractor underneath the opening 17b. |
