PURPOSE:To improve the safety and the availability factor of a plant by deciding selectively the control content to be outputted and suitable for the safety or the safe operation or each device being a controlled system. CONSTITUTION:OR or AND signals of control signals 11-13 of some systems in case of digital control signals, or maximum or minimum signals of control signals 21-23, 31-33 of some systems in case of analog control signals, are outputted selectively to actuators 7-9 from the control signals of each system of a redundancy controller so as to correspond to the operation keeping the running after ensuring the safety or the safe operation of each controlled device. Thus, high reliability and safety are attained. |
