PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a disc device, by contacting both ends of an annular seal enclosing a contact piece respectively with a damping mass and an oscillator to prevent diffusion of dust generated from the damping mass system with less number of components without reducing the vibration proof effect of the damping mass. CONSTITUTION:The contact piece 13 having a cylindrical head is screwed to the damping mass 5. When the damping mass 5 is placed directly on a case 7, the contact area between the damping mass 5 and the case 7 correspond to the bottom area of the damping mass, but when the contact piece 13 is provided, the contact area is the bottom area of the contact piece 13, the contact area becomes smaller. Since both the ends of the seal 6 are contacted respectively with the damping mass 5 and the case 7, a closed space 20 is formed. The wear particle produced by vibrating friction is generated only from the contact surface between the contact piece 13 and the case 7 and not generated from other parts, then the said contact surface is enclosed with the seal 6 to form the closed space 20. Thus, the wear particle is enclosed in the space 20 to prevent diffusion of the powder. |
