PURPOSE:To simplify the equipment eliminating a separate preheating device by providing a preheater on a support base for supporting a die having an extrusion nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A die 12 having a lip body 14 connected to a die body 13 is mounted on a support base 32 comprising a mold 15 for reducing pressure and a holding mold 16. A passage hole 33 is formed on the support base 32 to pass a long material 1 and a preheater 17 is mounted. Consequently, the long material 1 including an adhesive applied on the surface thereof 1 is preheated to ensure a better application of a covering film 4 without quenching when the film 4 extruded from an extrusion nozzle 3 is applied on the long material 1. The pressing level of an adjusting bolt 21 screwed into the lip body 14 on a bolt carrier 22 is regulated to adjust or alter the nozzle port of an extrusion nozzle 3 to reduce or enlarge as formed with the lip body 14 and the die body 13 so that the thickness of the covering film 4 can be uniform circumferentially. |
