PURPOSE:To attain the interchangeability of a disc, by designing the constitution so that a center hub is coupled from the inside with press contact holding by using an elastic member possible for compression in the axial direction of a spindle, to drive surely a magnetic disc even if there exists more or less error in the inner diameter of a center hole. CONSTITUTION:The center of the upper surface of the spindle 3 to chuck the magnetic disc is provided with a chucking section 3' having a shape splitting longitudinally the spherical shape into four, and the diameter of the spherical part is taken slightly larger than the inner diameter of the center hole 1'. In contacting the center hole 1' with the chucking section 3' and pressing down the center hub 1, the chucking section 3' deforms elastically along the ridge of the center hole 1' toward the radial inside, the chucking section 3' is fitted to the center hole 1', the center hub 1 is pressed from the inside, the upper surface of the jaw of the spindle 3 contacts with the lower face of the center hub 1, to attain mechanical coupling. |
