摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at economizing in power energy and increasing a degree of luminance, by using a beta<+> radioisotope or beta<+> radioisotope metal for a discharge tube's electrode, while installing a secondary electron redoubling reflection electrode. CONSTITUTION:A beta<+> radioisotope or beta<+> radioisotope metal is used for electrodes B and C of a fluorescent lamp or these metals are alloyed with other metals for use otherwise, while secondary electron redoubling reflection electrodes E and F by a dynode effect are installed in a tube. Accordingly, an electron out of the electrode B hits the electrode E and is redubled as a secondary electron, reflecting and hitting the electrode F, whereby further redoubled, advancing toward the electrode C, and on the other hand, a position out of the electrode C reversely advances toward the electrode F, then collides with the secondary electron in the midway and emits light after becoming ultraviolet rays or the like so that its luminous phenomenon can be sharply increased and the wastage of power energy can be eliminated.
