PURPOSE:To determine accurately the rotating center position to a point, by providing a pivot brought into contact from both sides of a disc and utilizing the alignment from the V-groove of the disc and the taper of the pivot. CONSTITUTION:In placing the disc 16 onto a support 11, the tip of the support pivot 13 is inserted and brought into contact and borne. Further, the projection 19 of the disc 16 and a recess 20 are fitted freely to the projection 12 and a recess 18 of the support 11 and they are turned incorporatedly. In placing the disc 16 to the support 11, a suppressing pivot 14 is inserted and brought into contact to the V-groove 17 and it bears the disc 16 from both sides together with the support pivot 13. The tip of the pivots 13, 14 is spherical, the V-groove 17 contacts the pivot tip with a precribed angle and is pressed from both sides of the disc 16, then the alignment is performed with the taper of the V-groove 17 to the tip of the pivots 13, 14 as the disc 16 turns, the rotating center is set accurately to the center 0 point of the V-groove 1 and kept. |
