PURPOSE:To easily obtain an air flow velocity value, by calculating the air flow velocity flowed into a draft chamber corresponding to the opening degree of a front surface door on the basis of outputs of the flow velocity measuring apparatus of exhaust velocity and the opening degree measuring apparatus of the front surface door. CONSTITUTION:The gas generated in a draft chamber main body 1 is exhausted from an exhaust duct 3 through an exhaust port 17 and a bypass air duct 19 by the air flowed into a front surface opening part 9 at inflow velocity corresponding to the opening degree of a glass door 11. At this time, the gas with low specific gravity is flowed into the exhaust duct 3 through the exhaust port 17 and the gas with high specific gravity is flowed into the exhaust duct 3 through the bypass air duct 19. On the other hand, an operation apparatus 28 operates the inflow velocity Uc of the air flowed into the front surface opening part 9 on the basis of output signals from a flow velocity sensor 7, a temp. sensor 50 and a front surface glass opening detector 16 to display the same. |
