PURPOSE:To enable the alteration of the thickness of a covering film by having a contact plate facing an extrusion nozzle with the diameter thereof larger than the diameter of a passage hole while the contact plate is so arranged to move close to or away from the extrusion nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A transfer device 2 transfers a long material 1 with rollers 7 and 7 at a constant speed while a film extruder 5 extrudes a covering film 4 from an extrusion nozzle 3 in the direction of transferring the long material 1. The nozzle port of the extrusion nozzle 3 is altered or adjusted to reduce or enlarge with an adjusting bolt 21 provided on a lip body 14. The covering film 4 is extruded from the extrusion nozzle 3 to a contact hole 32 of a contact plate 25 serving as a lamination coater 6.
