PURPOSE:To compute electric energy at a low cost with a high accuracy by arranging a transformer for auxiliary instrumentation and an auxiliary current transformer each having two secondary windings in the same turn to connect the secondary winding of the former in series to the secondary winding of the latter in the opposite polarity to each other to obtain a voltage-current value. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 10 for an auxiliary instrumentation having a primary winding 11 and two secondary windings 12A and 12B in the same turn and an auxiliary current transformer 20 having a primary winding 21 and two secondary windings 22A and 22B are used and resistors 30A and 30B are connected to the windings 22A and 22B in the same value. The winding 12A is connected in series to the winding 22A in the opposite polarity to each other so as to a voltage value - a current value, namely, V-RI across both ends thereof. With such an arrangement, electric energy is calculated from the voltage value and the current value obtained from the windings 12B and 22B and said value of voltage-current thereby simplifying the construction of an arithmetic circuit and thus, a lower cost and a higher accuracy can be achieved. |
