PURPOSE:To bring the function of a modulator into full display and also ease its maintenance and inspection by installing in a gap part adjacent to an engine a vacuum reserve tank to be located between a source of negative pressure and the modulator. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum reserve tank 24-1, installed either in a front gap part 14 or a rear gap part 22 of an engine 12, is located between a source of negative pressure and an antiskid modulator with pipings. Since sufficient negative pressure is supplied from a tank 24 even while the modulator is in operation, its function is well demonstrated. Also its maintenance and inspection are eased because an idle gap can be effectively utilized. |
