The invention relates to a mechanism allowing the installation of a bed-settee in three positions (bed-seat-relax). This mechanism essentially comprises a rocker arm 12 which can be locked in three positions by means of the action of a stop piece 15 housing at choice in two cut-outs 17, 18 of the rocker arm and by means of the action of a spring 14 putting the said rocker arm into a position in which it does not interfere with this stop piece.
