PURPOSE:To enable to wind the starting end and the finishing end on a terminal pin in a set of wire chucking mechanism by composing the mechanism capable of driving to open or close and to axially reciprocate and to rotatably drive around the center of a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A wire blank chuck A is composed in the vicinity of the upper end of a winding shaft 59. An opening or closing drive unit B opens or closes the chuck A. A rotary drive unit C is provided in the vicinity of the lower end of the shaft 59. The drive unit C has functions for allowing the axial movement of the shaft 59 and rotating the shaft 59. An elevational drive unit D is provided in the vicinity of the center of the shaft 59. This drive unit D has functions for allowing the rotation of the shaft 59 and axially driving the shaft 59. |
