PURPOSE:To increase the cooling effect and to facilitate the work of a rotary electric machine by inclining both end faces of the axial strip of a stator frame to a vertical line, thereby increasing the size of the outer diameter of an inner fan. CONSTITUTION:A stator frame 1 has axial strips 2, and both ends 3a are inclined at approx. 15-60 deg. to the vertical line of the strip 3 from the point raised in the prescribed size from the surface of the bore of the frame 1. End plates 8a are secured by welding to both ends of the strip 2. The plate 8a has a recess spigot 12 for mounting a bearing bracket 9, is determined in the size of the outer diameter to facilitate welding, reduced in thickness to form the spigot 12 for mounting the bracket 9, and facilitated in setting of the size at the welding time of the plate 8 by forming the spigot having the same diameter as the outer diameter of the frame 1 in an axial direction. |
