STORAGE PLANT WITH VERTICALLY PILEABLE LOAD CARRIERS

The goods storage installation includes pile beds arranged in rows and a number of load carriers which can be piled on top of each other in piles supported by the beds. Each load carrier consists of a rectangular frame and four corner posts which are each provided at their lower portions with a protruding rest member. Each rest member is adapted to cooperate with the rest on, vertical support uprights of the pile beds. A carriage is provided for effecting the engagement or disengagement of the rest members with the uprights.
