A photosensitive compsn. is prepd. from aromatic diazonium salt, used as a photosensitive agent, and cationic surfactant, such as lauryl betaine or stearyl betaine. The configuration of the particulate coating layer is formulated by an exposure method using the difference of particulate hold-up capacity between the exposure and non-exposure parts. The following figs. are schematic diagrams for color TV fluorescent surface manufacture.
