<p>PURPOSE:To actuate efficiently a video camera system by coupling a reproducing device with a video camera and transmitting power for a driving device of the video camera to the driving device through bevel gears. CONSTITUTION:Recording to a video tape is carried out by separating the video camera 10 from the reproducing device 50 to operate the video camera 10 as a single unit and by traveling the tape by driving only a motor 21. At the reproducing of the video tape, the camera 10 is charged to the recessed part 52 of the device 50. In this case, the bevel gears 60, 61 are engaged and a power transmitting means transmitting the power of the motor 63 is formed, so that the power of the motor 63 can be transmitted. The power rotating a reel 30A is obtained also from the motor 63 in addition to the motor 21. At the quick traversing or rewinding of the video tape requiring large turque, the motor 63 is driven in addition to the motor 21.</p> |
