PURPOSE:To reduce the number of work steps, by providing hooks on the facing sides of adjacent ducts, engaging the hooks with each other to cause the ducts to hold each other, and securing at least one duct on a member on the body of an automobile. CONSTITUTION:Air discharging openings 2, 3 are adjacently provided in the top of an air conditioner casing 1. Ducts 4, 5 are fitted on edges 2a, 3a around the openings 2, 3. The duct 4 is secured with both side brackets 6 on an instrument panel by screws 7. Hooks 8, 9, which are engaged with each other on the upside and downside, are integrally formed on the facing sides of the ducts 4, 5 so that the duct 5 is held by the engagement of the hooks. Since the duct 5 is fitted on the edge 3a and held by the hooks 8, 9 not to move vertically, the duct is secured without fixing it on the edge 3a by screws. The number of work steps for coupling the ducts is thus reduced greatly. |
