The present invention allows the production of an energy transmitter. Mechanical device transmitting gas or fluid energy comprising a rotor 1 in a cylindrical casing 2 with flanges 3, 4, characterised in that the rotor 1 is traversed by levers in the shape of blades mounted freely on a fixed axis 5, the said levers 7 sliding in semi-cylindrical bearings 6. Used as a transmitter, the interaction of the levers 7 between one another generates successive sweeping accelerations and more precisely in the zones of large volumetric capacity, which ensures a maximum flow rate. Used as a receiver, the levers 7 transmit to the rotor 1 the pressure force while multiplying the latter. The simplicity of design and implementation of the device allow an extended application which can range from pumping to braking systems. <IMAGE>
