PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for timing of all devices and to improve operability by operating the press and conveyor in the succeeding stage according to the operating condition of the device in the previous stage and the presence or absence of any material in an intermediate stage. CONSTITUTION:A circuit 2 which outputs a start signal for a conveyor, a circuit 3 which outputs a start signal for a press and a circuit 4 which outputs an operation signal for determining whether the press and conveyor can be operated or not are provided to a main control panel 1. Interfaces 7a, 7b which are inputted with the start signal for the conveyor, the start signal for the press, the operation signal, and the material detection signal outputted from detectors 6a, 6b for detecting the presence or absence of any material in an intermediate stage and outputs an operation signal, an operation signal for the press, a conveyance signal and a fetch signal as well as storage devices 8a, 8b and central processing units 8a, 8b are provided to auxiliary control panels 5a, 5b. When the start signal for the conveyor, the start signal for the press and the material signal in the intermediate stage are supplied from the panel 1 to the panels 5a, 5b, the operation signal is outputted from the auxiliary control panel in the previous stage to the auxiliary control panel in the succeeding stage. |
