PURPOSE:To generate accurate and stable sawtooth wave, by absorbing a stored charge of a switching transistor with a diode. CONSTITUTION:When a sweep gate signal is impressed to a gate transistor (TR)Q1, a current applied from a constant current source TRQ0 flows to capacitors C2, C3 selected by TRs Q2, Q3. The sawtooth wave voltage is generated across the capacitor C2 or C3. When a positive pulse is impressed to the TRQ1, the TRQ1 is saturated to discharge the charge of the capacitor. When the selection of the capacitor C2 is stopped on the way of the sweep waveform and the capacitor C3 is selected, the TRQ2 is cut off and the charge stored in the capacitor C2 is discharged through a diode D1. Thus, no adverse effect on the charging of the capacitor C3 is produced. |
