PURPOSE:To enable highly accurate and efficient working under various working condition by making a tool spindle movable in three directions X, Y, Z while making a work table movable in X, Y direction and rotatable around Z axis. CONSTITUTION:A tool spindle 43 is movable in X axis by means of racks 25A, 26A while in Y direction by means of a feed screw 12 and in Z direction by means of a rack 36A. Work table 104 is movable in X direction by means of a feed screw 124 while in Y direction by means of a feed screw 141 and rotatable around Z axis by means of a handle 172. Worktable is moved against relatively light weight work while tool spindle is moved against relatively heavy weight work. |
