<p>PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of digesters and to prevent acid putrefaction and to stabilize the amt. of the digester gas to be produced, by controlling the amt. of the raw material to be charged in accordance with the amt. or further concn. of the digester gas generated from the digesters. CONSTITUTION:The flow rates of the digester gases generated from the 1st and the 2nd digesters 1, 2 or the concns. of gaseous methane or gaseous CO2 (expressed as the concn. of gas hereunder) are measured with gas flowmeters 4, 5 and a gas analyzer 6 provided to a piping 3. A pH meter 8 for measuring pH in the digester 1 is provided. An control arith metic section 9 calcultes the amt. of the raw material to be charged to the digesters by a predetermined equation in accordance with the outputs of said instruments. A controller 10 controls a pump 11 for charging the raw material with the output from the section 9 and a flowmeter 12 for raw material feeds the actual amt. to be charged back to the controller 10.</p> |
