PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous operation by providing a stopper on a manual valve shaft while automating insertion and extraction of stopper. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 8 is provided engageably on a manual valve shaft 9 of a manual valve 1 and coupled to a manual valve fixing device 16 which is controlled by a computer comprising main memory 11, arithmetic control unit 12, auxiliary memory 13 and process I/O unit 15. Since the stopper can be inserted/ extracted automatically against the manual valve shaft 9, erroneous operation can be prevented. |
