A gas-turbine power plant 1, which consists of at least one compressor 2, a turbine 3, a power output 4 and a tubular combustion chamber 7 arranged outside the turbine compressed-air jacket 8, is equipped with a distributor component 14, which is arranged between the combustion chamber 7 and the compressed-air jacket 8 of the turbine 3 and via which compressed combustion air can be fed to a heat exchanger for preheating without structural alterations to components of the power plant. The distributor component 14 makes it possible either to equip a standard power plant with or without a possibility for the controlled preheating of the combustion air or to retrofit a standard power plant without a possibility for preheating the compressed combustion air, while avoiding structural alterations to components of the power plant (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
