An integral plastic pipe clamp has one or more pipe retaining sections, whose one wall is formed by an element which can move in a reciprocating manner and projects over a pin retaining hole in the clamp body such that the element closes over a pipe and secures it when the clamp is arranged on a projecting pin. The elements may have offset teeth in order to engage with a screw thread on the pin, flexible feet being provided for the purpose of engagement with the surface from which the pin projects.
