<p>PURPOSE:To prevent scattering of chips at sawing work further reduce its noise, by constituting a device, such that a cut part is sawn by being moved in relation to cutting part comprising a motor and a saw blade or the like, while housing this cutting part and the cut part in an enclosed case. CONSTITUTION:A motor 14 and a bed 15 are fixed on the internal bottom surface of an enclosed case 13, and a circular saw blade 17 fixed to a rotary shaft 16 is fixed to the upper part of said bed 15. While, a device is constituted such that a belt 18 is suspended along the distance said motor between 14 and the rotary shaft 16 so as to turn the circular saw blade 17 if the motor 14 is rotated. For instance, in one practical exmaple, closing the enclosed case 13 and driving the motor 14 after fixing an escalator comb plate 24 to a moving bed 20, if a propelling rod lever 21 is gradually pulled toward the circular saw blade 17 by gripping a handle 22, the escalator comb plate 24 is cut in a linear shape by this blade 17. That is, scattering of chips to the periphery can be perfectly prevented, because the comb plate is cut under the condition that the enclosed case 13 is closed.</p> |
