PURPOSE:To uniformly machine a work by constituting a nozzle branch device for machining the injection hole of a turbine disk for a jet engine so that the sand air can be sprayed to multiple nozzles in the same sand blast condition. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle branch holder 5 is provided with multiple branch injection ports 55 below a closed case 50 connecting an injection main pipe 56. The bottom interior of a bottom body 51 is formed in a spherical shape, and branch injection ports 55 of the same number as the nozzle ports on a patch plate 7 are formed at a uniform distance on the peripheral wall at the same height from the center of the bottom interior. Burnishing grains of alumina oxide are sealed in advance in a case 50 to a position slightly lower than the branch injection ports 55. The sand air injected from the injection main pipe 50 hits the surface center of the burnishing grain layer stored in the bottom of the case 50, and makes the sand face of the bottom center recessed and makes the periphery of the sand face uniformly swelled. The swelled burnishing grains overflow to individual branch injection ports 55, and are blasted to the injection hole 81 of a turbine blasted to the injection hole 81 of a turbine disk 8 from nozzle ports through hoses 6. |
